Group Program Manager:  Key Accountabilities  - Accountable for the program delivery while ensuring seamless transition of customer requirements with project teams to confirm successful implementation  - Being a process guardian, responsible for supervising the development, planning, implementation, tracking and closure of all projects in health-care e-learning services  - Proactively addresses issues and takes timely independent action in pursuit of priorities  - Conducts self with superior interpersonal and collaboration skills to resolve conflicts and create lasting, productive partnerships among cross-functional teams and other key influencers   - Manages multiple competing projects, setting direction while driving alignment and effectively balancing priorities   - Proactively monitors business landscape (economic / competitor) to formulate strategies that successfully leverage market opportunities  - Identifies & proposes analytics for Segmentation, Targeting and Positioning of products and solutions   - Acquires and develops deep insight into the client objectives, projects, and activities with the goal of improving relationships and producing results   - Acts as point of contact for the client, provides escalation path, attends to customer issues promptly  - Drives open issues and decisions to closure. Ensure that the outcomes are clearly communicated  - Maintains sophisticated oral and written reports defining plans, problems, and resolutions to appropriate levels of management  - Identifies training needs, provide mentoring, coaching and guidance to team members for personal and professional development   Desired Skills & Competencies :  - Ability to manage in an environment with diverse stakeholders  - Thorough understanding of project management techniques and tools for various phases involving initiation, preparation, execution & control, and closure  - Strong verbal, presentation and written communication skills  - Ability to appropriately align communications with intended audiences  - Strong organizational skills to be able to coordinate complex projects  - Strong team building and team management skills  - Motivated, execution-oriented high performance individual with strong focus on process  - Exhibit strong leadership by including appropriate people in decision making process  Desired Profile:  - Mid - senior level professional with 8 - 10 years of experience in program / project management in customer facing roles   - Past experience in IT enabled Services is mandatory  - Life sciences and FMHG background with experience in HealthCare Professional (HCP) engagement would be an added advantage  - Project Management certification & Lean Six Sigma would be of assistance  - Knowledge of healthcare and medical terminologies  - Willingness to travel on need basis   Salary : INR 20 - 25 Lakhs
