Group Product Manager
Our Client : A leading pharma MNC
Job Purpose : The incumbent will be responsible for leading a therapy segment by developing marketing strategies, promotional plans for the assigned brands. The strategic plans should be developed keeping patient at the centre and should be of long-term and short-term both.
Key Responsibilities :
- Achieve top-line market share and bottom line for assigned therapy/Brands
- Develop and implement marketing strategies for therapy segment/ brands
- Analysis of market using primary and secondary data for the assigned brands & segments, for both internal as well as competitor products
- Monitor ROI on brand strategies
- Undertake market research to analyse the market/ customer behaviour
- Train the new field staff on the disease/products, the promo material usage.
Ideal Candidate : MBA with 10+ experience in pharma marketing
