Profile

- Responsible for end-to-end management of loan based products on Credit Cards

- Manage Personal Loan on Credit Cards and Balance Transfer to drive inorganic growth on product levels and channel coordination for required interventions

- Roll out of consumer financing business on credit cards and aggressively driving sales and profitability for the business

- Driving sales channels for uptake of loan products

- Strategising and rolling out focused campaigns around specific categories to targeted customer segments

- Management of resources across products for due focus and delivery across the board

- Responsible for developing and executing ATL and BTL promotions

- Track and analyze the campaigns and publish the results of the effectiveness of the campaigns

- Responsible for P&L of the products and achievement of targets

- Coordination with Channel managers and taking adequate policy measures to provide required enablers

- Tie-up with partners and merchants for special promotions

- Updating and maintenance of concerned sections on the bank website

- Industry and Competition tracking to building stronger proposition for Bank's Credit Cards Customers
