- To drive market share; volume and profitability for a group or a category of brands through defining Marketing Objectives and creating Marketing Strategy and Plans to deliver the Business and Marketing objectives for the group of brands under his/her charge. - To conceptualize and plan line extensions or new SKU launches to grow share and volume of the entire portfolio under charge. - To create these plans and initiatives with deep consumer understanding and insights built from formal research and judgment based on observations in market data and combining these with business data and trends.&nbsp; - To come to sound hypothesis and conclusions of the business from a synthesis of business analysis, consumer insights and market observations through using conceptual skills, marketing thinking and a business acumen. - He will report to and align thinking and plans with Head of Marketing and be reported into by Brand Managers or Executives or Management Trainees.
