Group Product Manager

The Role: Reporting to the Category Marketing Head - Mainstream Brands, the Group Product Manager is primarily responsible for Who/What/How Strategies and Plans. Develop overall initiative master plan, brand architecture and strategies.

Key Tasks & Accountabilities:

- Business Planning ; Work closely with the category head in the process of building a brand strategy and managing the annual planning process for the brand including budgets, core creative idea and integrated campaigns to drive long term brand equity

- Brand Communication ; Work closely with the Category head in the process of creating communication strategies for the brand including advertisements, modes, content, consumer activations, contests and promotions

- Brand Operations ; Lead the marketing projects including day-to-day management of media and advertising agencies, coordination with sales and trade marketing for activations and visibility

- Brand Commercials ; Accountable for overall management of brand budget (ATL) to drive effectiveness and efficiency of spends with clear ROIs

- Digital Marketing ; Lead the digital initiatives and create a clear plan for brand on digital space and execute brand campaigns on digital including influencer campaigns

- Market Research & Consumer Insights ; Create research brief as per brand requirement and execute in coordination with internal research team and external agencies to generate meaningful insights

- Media Planning ; Draft media brief and evaluate the success of a media plan by cross referencing with brand health metrics in coordination with internal media team and external agencies

Required Knowledge, Skills & Attributes:

- Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience in Marketing (preferably FMCG)

- Initial experience in Sales will be a plus

- Knowledge of campaign designing (TVCs and online campaigns), agency handling and on-ground activation

- Strong prior brand management experience in food & beverage/ lifestyle brands would be preferred but is not mandatory

- Forward thinking & the ability to foster innovation & creativity, while also maintaining a clear sense of business objectives

- Personal attributes ; Fun loving, high energy, positive attitude, Flexibility and resilience in a fast-moving environment
