Position Name: Group Product Manager
Department: Credit Cards - Portfolio
Responsibilities:
- Identify key areas of growing consumer spends and engagement on Bank Credit Cards
- Creating the annual customer engagement calendar and managing budgets for the same
- Analysis of consumer spends data to identify behavioral patterns and creating campaigns which help build spends on a particular pattern
- Developing communication campaigns through new age media (Social Media, Mobile Applications, etc) for customer engagement
- Identification of portfolio level interventions through analytics and executing the same using different mediums for required results
- Managing relationships with internal and external stake holders - Analytics, Campaigns, Alliances, Agencies, Merchants, network partners, etc
- Understanding important portfolio parameters to be in line with business goals
- Hands on approach for analytics for in-depth understanding of portfolio and campaign execution
- Identifying new technology initiatives and coordinating with Tech team for development of solutions which address better customer engagement or increases business profitability
- Industry and Competition tracking to building stronger proposition for BANK Bank Credit Cards Customers.
