Roles & Responsibilities:

Team Culture and Leadership: The role emphasizes the creation of a team culture based on quality, trust, and specialist skill sets. It aims to foster success, effective teamwork, and relationships within the workplace while promoting an integrated mindset among key stakeholders.

Strategic Planning: The candidate is responsible for strategically planning quarterly and annual plans for assigned brands. This includes actively participating in the implementation of integrated strategies that drive business value for the brands.

Innovation and Award-Winning Work: Actively identifying opportunities to deliver award-winning work backed by research and consumer understanding. This highlights a commitment to creativity, innovation, and excellence in service delivery.

Cross-Selling and Process Implementation: Establishing processes/systems for cross-selling client services across the company. Additionally, implementing a robust schedule for key activities, including KPI sheets, sales tracking, strategy mastersheet, and manpower mapping, to ensure teams meet annual business and marketing goals.

Continuous Improvement and Innovation: The role involves constant evaluation and improvement of services provided by the company. This includes identifying opportunities for process enhancement, innovation, and automation tools to improve efficiencies. The candidate is expected to explore new market offerings, develop capabilities, and think innovatively to drive value for clients' businesses.
