- Support Brands on Programs, day to day interaction on big strategic projects
- Work on Test Markets of certain projects and ideas. Work closely with the Project Management Team on certain marketing projects and tests.
- Understand the business needs, come up with new ideas, and then influence the teams to Implement or test the idea
- Drive Cross BU learning – best practice sharing process
- Evaluate programs across BU’s and their ability to be shared across certain BU’s
- Evaluate ROI’s of certain programs to ascertain whether they are generating return.
- Guide and Work closely with the Digital and Communications team to ensure brand needs are being met and feed brand issues and ideas to them
- Interacts with Global Team on key brand driven issues, and drives Global Brand Learnings to the local Teams.
- Owns the Brand Planning Process – the formats, the timelines, the plans.
- Work with Training Team and via External consultants, to drive training programs for Marketing and Sales teams Eg. Marketing Fundamentals, Propel, Idea Generation Workshops, new technologies.
- Evaluate the Advertising Agencies and manage and consolidate the creative and media agency relationship across BU’s
- Evaluate new vendors and constantly look for new ideas or mechanisms that can help drive a Stronger interaction with the doctors
