Group Manager - Training - CMID (Content Management & Instructional Design) & Learning Analytics
- Lead the training team for the account to enable the business with delivering cutting-edge knowledge management practices meeting or exceeding the business goals.
- Experience in Content Management and Instructional Design space.
- Drive content strategy using various authoring tools, managing LMS and LXP systems, tools and resources including online and social media techniques.
- Experience in training automation/digitization.
- Knowledge & experience of Project Management, Agile methodology & demonstrate a digital mindset
