Group Manager - Trade Sales/Marketing - Retail

We are looking for Group Manager - Trade Marketing for one of our Retail Client.

Person should be passed out from Tier-1 College.

Job Description :

Initiate & conduct review meetings with Brands, MDP's

- Coverage of the MPCG & Gujarat territory for Fashion Brand Trade Sales, ensure achievement of targets through immaculate planning & execution in coordination with the MDP of MPCG & Handling the state of Gujarat as a Non MDP

- Management of the entire BNS Retail Business to ensure a L2L growth & profitability to the Franchisee (Total Turnover Value 80 Crores)

- Ensure New Category Business Development eg. Accessories, Footwear, Kids Wear etc

- Provide the region with Strategic direction

Essential competencies :

- Should have excellent market knowledge & Process inclination

- Ability to forecast & Plan, motivate the MDP teams & good interpersonal Skills

- The incumbent should have done a hard core sales job
