Position: Group Manager, Talent Acquisition

Purpose of the Position:

- The position will be responsible to provide leadership in building hiring forecasts, diversifying the labour force, evolving the hiring processes/ systems, supporting talent branding initiatives and developing a robust candidate pipeline to fill open positions within the company. The role will focus on talent acquisition priorities globally across India, US, Singapore, Canada, and other regions.

- InfoCepts provides end-to-end data & analytics solutions to commercial and public sector customers in various markets across the globe with a concentration in the US, EMEA, and the APAC regions. InfoCepts invests in four core competencies


- Cloud and Data Engineering (CDE), Analytics and Data Management (ADM), Business

- Consulting (BC) and Service Management (SM)-to enable continued access to global markets and unmet needs.

- The position is responsible for developing and executing on hiring strategies and driving talent acquisition priorities, working closely with the market and competency stakeholders.

Key Result Areas and Activities:

- Accurate Hiring Forecasts and Plans: Collaborate with business market, hiring managers and competencies to proactively plan right hiring mix and strategies. Ensure visibility to hiring needs ahead of the curve for timely onboarding of talent.

- Effective and Efficient Sourcing: Ensure right sourcing strategies that provide quick access to the most relevant talent pool in the most effectively and financially efficient way. Drive and encourage referrals from existing employees and maximize internal sourcing of high quality and relevant profiles. Build and grow relationships with universities and academia to onboard best fresh talent from engineering and management schools.

- Faster Hiring Cycle Times and Higher Conversions: Ensure adherence to hiring SLAs and focus on improving the hiring cycle time. Ensure high conversion rate and minimal efforts to fulfil positions.

- System and Process Improvements: Drive continuous improvements in the hiring processes and adoption of the talent acquisition system. Ensure adherence to the processes and guidelines and ensure effective documentation across the entire hiring lifecycle.

- Candidate Experience & Talent Branding: Ensure proactive and timely communication and best experience to candidates across the hiring lifecycle. Work closely with marketing to design and drive talent branding initiatives to make InfoCepts the most preferred career destination for data and analytics professionals.

- Effective Governance and Timely Reporting: Enable timely reporting for key performance indicators and derive actionable insights from the hiring data. Provide visibility to hiring managers on the progress towards their hiring demands and ensure data is leveraged to finetune the hiring plans and strategies.

- Build and Sustain High Performance Talent Acquisition Team: Develop and motivate the team to perform to its fullest potential. Help the team to learn and grow and get the right exposure. Develop the overall capability and capacity of the team and ensure they are building a strong network to source and hire the right candidates.

Work and Technical Experience:

- 14 - 18 years of experience in talent acquisition and hiring in IT services industry.

- Experience in hiring for Data & Analytics services setup and roles across all levels

- Experience in developing hiring and sourcing plans and strategies and executing the same successfully.

- Knowhow and experience in global hiring with specific focus on regional governance, laws, and
compliances especially in India, US, Singapore, and Canada.

- Experience in building and managing ecosystem of sourcing and hiring vendors with appreciation of
engagement and commercial models with partners.

- Experience in university relations and campus hiring for both engineering and management talent.

- Proven capability to develop, manage, retain, and grow performance driven teams

- Capability to innovate and set up new channels of hiring and sourcing

- Experience with best of breed and resume databases and ATS system

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree preferably in Human Resources or related area (master's degree in business
management will be a plus)

- Demonstrated continued learning through one or more relevant certifications or related methods

- At least 14 years of relevant experience; two years may be substituted for a master's degree
