- Projects like Workforce Relations and HR Policy & Transformation across India

- Strategized the roadmap for new transitions and supporting the hiring along with the team

- Created & executed sourcing plans, ensuring efficient use of all sourcing channels, while putting efforts around optimal usage of Direct Sourcing Channels (LinkedIn & Other Digital/Social Media Channels).

- Worked extensively on market mapping & understanding the current market for the available talent trends

- Working closely with Leadership Team

- Handling team of 4-5 People

- Reporting to Director
