Group Manager - Operations - Retirement Services

- Oversee operations for the retirement services vertical

- Initiate process improvement measures and plan for process automation

- Manage internal and external stakeholders

- Provide strategic inputs and ensure value addition to the overall process

- Manage team of 200 FTEs which include Senior Manager, Managers and Team Leads

- Contribute to strategy planning and development
