Position - Group Manager- International Business FP&A

Location - Gurgaon

Education- MBA/CA

Experience-12yrs minimum

Role context and purpose

- Person should be Chartered Accountant/MBA

- Have atleast 12 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis & MIS

- Preferably located in Gurgaon

- Should be from automobile/ FMCG sector

- Hand on experience on SAP .

- Have fluent English speaking skills.

- Should be very good in excel/ google & presentations.

Key responsibilities role expectations

Your key responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

1. Ensuring sending monthly MIS for all countries & line of business.

2. Discussion with business and agree on way forward plan of action on monthly MIS.

3. Working on annual plans & forecast with business.

4. Sharing benchmarks across markets & insights .

5. Drive set up new businesses and engagement with consultants.

6. Partnering expense approvals.

7. Detailed templates & working on SBP including presentations.

8. Drive automation of processes.

9. Collaborating with controllership team to ensure proper expense reporting including provisions validation.
