Profile: Group Manager - Head - Creative Strategy

Job Purpose:
The role of Head - Creative Strategy will be responsible for design and execution of all creative assets by understanding and consolidating business requirements and developing plans/ creative solutions for marketing deliverables. The incumbent will lead all creative sessions to develop solutions within budgets and timelines and effectively manage internal and external relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- End to end responsibility for Creative Assets creations for respective Brand launches in close collaboration with the Chief Brand Officer, Brand Managers, Public Relations, Digital Marketing and other critical functions
- Launch digital solutions, Establish Brand Custodianship for all digital assets, ensure Coordination and growth of the digital and frictionless consumer access agenda
- Lead the Creative Strategy team and ensure design and implementation of projects from brief to completion while ensuring adherence to TAT
- Work with cross functional teams to understand requirements and assigning tasks within the creative strategy team
- Translate ideas to the creative team effectively in order to provide clarity on requirements and deliverables
- Develop a workflow to ensure smooth processes and review of progress
- Ensure quality control by checking the design / solution to meet project requirements and adherence to budget and timelines
- Provide Communication support for India and International marketing, sales, Aftermarket/Service business function, Apparel, GMA, Spares and other functions
- Work with agencies and create content directly for meeting project-based business targets, both National & International
- Support Newsroom content creation by mining opportunities to create stories that shape opinions
- Spot opportunities to curate and repurpose user-generated content
- Drive marketing efficiencies through digital initiatives and support Digital, PR, Marketing activities by creating and curating content for Brand-led growth activities and new businesses according to the launch & sustenance plan
- Provide business support as the SPOC for the SSS, After Market, CRM, Internal Comms, International and India Business + teams for immediate/urgent and long-term content requirements
- Develop content for Service Claims, sales, service (For example Network, AMC, Roadside Assistance)
