Group Manager Sales - Innovative BU
The Role:
This is a Group Head role with P&L responsibility for a business unit managing innovative entertainment products.You will have both top and bottom line responsibility for a designated geography. Key focus would be:
- Develop and implement business strategy
- Running the vertical as a financially independent business unit.
- Deliver on P&L as per plan for the Business
- Implement and execute the revenue and content plan
- Develop the product and liaison and develop strong relations with key client operators
- Scale up the business by increasing client network and advertising revenues from key clients
- Scan the environment for competitor strategies, potential business and market trends
- Hiring, development and performance management of the team
- Set stretch goals aimed at developing the business skills and competencies
Your Profile: 8-10 yrs of experience post MBA in B2B sales /Concept selling including team management. You must be strong on innovation and new-concept sales with excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Excellent track record of delivering and exceeding targets. You must be a creative seller with the ability to collaborate and work with various stake holders
