About Our Client
Our client is one of the leading companies in production and marketing of Polyester Films, Engineering Plastics and Specialty Polymers. Recognized as an innovator they have been on an exponential growth path. They are currently looking for an International Sales Manager.
Job Description
Reporting to the International Sales Head, you will be responsible for:
- Providing inputs for preparation of 3 year Business Plan, Annual Budget and Forecast for the assigned geography.
- Managing achievement of annual targets.
- Identifying, commercializing and executing development projects with key accounts
- Developing and managing a robust distribution channel to ensure profitable market share
- Negotiating and closing out long term contracts
- Identifying opportunities to maximize sales and expand customer base.
- Delivering enhanced contribution by driving volume of high margin VA (Value Added) Products and specialty products.
- Providing marketing inputs, including volume and price forecast, for developing new products and making marketing plans.
- Driving both revenue and profit sales.
The Successful Applicant
- You must be a B.E /B.Tech (Preferably Chemical Engineering) with a Management degree preferably from a top tier B - School. You should have around 12 years of International sales management experience. Experience of OEM/ Institutional sales is a must. You must have good communication skills and should have a proven track record of achieving/ exceeding targets. Should have sales experience in overseas markets and sound understanding of exports related documentation, logistics and commercial aspects.
