About Our Client
Our client is one of the leading companies in production and marketing of flexible packaging solutions. Recognized as an innovator they have been on an exponential growth path. They are currently looking for a Group Leader -Business Development.
Job Description
Reporting to the Head of business development and strategy, you will be responsible for:
- Identifying new accounts of end user companies in the FMCG segment and convert them to secure profitable business
- Managing achievement of annual targets.
- Identifying opportunities to maximize sales and increased customer base.
- Securing long term contracts with End Users (Key Accounts)
- Working closely with technical services, R&D, manufacturing and sales teams for effective product trials and rapid commercialization.
- Providing useful insight, market research based knowledge and analytical support for business growth, strategy and investments.
- Providing marketing inputs, including volume and price forecast, to the Business Planning Team
The Successful Applicant
You must be a graduate from Indian Institute of Packaging (IIP) and a Management degree from a top tier B-School is preferred. You should have at least 8-12 years of technical sales and Business development experience. Experience of OEM/ Institution sales is a must. You must have at least 5 years of experience in converting industry and should have managed FMCG Key accounts. You must have excellent communication skills and should have a proven track record of achieving/ exceeding targets.
