Group HR Head - Retail

- Head of HR responsibilities will include designing budgets, applying company policies and managing internal HR systems.

- To be successful in this role, you should have extensive HR experience in senior roles and good knowledge of Human Resources Management software.

- Plan, lead, direct, develop, and coordinate the policies, activities, and staff of the Human Resource (HR) department,

- Ensuring legal compliance and implementation of the organizations mission and talent strategy.

- Candidate would be handling the entire group

- Team handling role- Around 25

- Candidate would be handling multiple locations
