Group HR Head - Manufacturing Firm

1. Partner with the MD and senior leadership team to develop the special culture of the company and understand the organisations goals and coaching leaders to role model the core values

2. Lead in the design and implementation of programs and initiatives that re-enforce a high performing culture e.g. performance and talent management, reward and recognition, employee engagement.

3. Design and lead out on the development of talent management L&D to deliver on the capability needs of employees, managers and leaders, with a particular focus on leadership/management development

4. Facilitate and drive strategic discussions with leaders on organisation design for our accelerated growth plans

5. Act as a role model and mentor for the People & Culture team

6. Monitors and ensures the organisations compliance with employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews and modifies policies and practices to maintain compliance.

7. Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law; applies this knowledge to communicate changes in policy, practice, and resources to upper management.
