All India Group HR Head JOB DESCRIPTION : Position Title :&nbsp;All India Group HR Head Location :&nbsp;Mumbai (Kamla Mills, Lower Parel) Reporting to :&nbsp;Chairman and Managing Director JOB PURPOSE : - Develop HR Strategy and tactical programs in alignment with the long-range and annual priorities of the business. - Manage the HR budget and be an active contributor to planning and budgeting for the organization. - Design policies and processes that enable a transparent, fair and collaborative culture throughout the organization &nbsp; KEY DELIVERABLES : - Help identify future leaders through a structured and transparent performance management system. - Design and implement rewards, career paths and recognition across the organization. - Implement strategies to engage with the employee base across locations and help make the organization a preferred place to work. - Work with business heads to design and implement a relevant training calendar using internal, external and online resources to ensure that operations teams receive relevant, timely training. - Communicate and implement the strategic direction of HR operations to ensure adherence to HR policies and processes. JOB REQUIREMENTS : Qualifications : - Full-time MBA in HR from Premier Institutes only - 10-15 years of HR work experience in the logistics sector - Candidates from multi-location Logistics / SCM / Retail Organisations with experience in handling All India multi-location operation including Blue Collared workmen will be preferred. Technical Skills : Must have worked in strategic HR areas, including : - Talent acquisition - Talent management - Leadership Development - Performance Management - Compensation and Benefits - Change Management - Rewards and Recognition - Willing to work in a rapidly expanding, and dynamic startup organisation Business Skills : - Good interpersonal skills and proven ability to influence business leaders. - Analytical skills/problem-solving ability - Holistic Thinking approach - Cost consciousness - Ability to handle stress - Positive Thinking
