The have aggressive growths plans over the next 5 years and are looking for an experience leader to act as a Group Head - Treasury.

Job Description

- You will be reporting to the Group CFO and would manage a team of more than 5 people. You will be responsible for the company’s financing program and proving insights on the various financing activities considered by the company. As a brief summary of your responsibilities:

- Supporting the long term capital market activities, including public debt financing Managing the cash management functions including cash concentration, wires, account funding

- Ensure adequate liquidity for working capital needs and investing the short term excess cash controlling inter-company cash, including inter-company lending, dividends, and capital injections

- Partnering with bankers on critical projects in the form on ECB's, FCCB's and PE Funding

- Developing and monitoring the treasury operational policies, ensuring compliance with internal controls, policies and procedures

- Maintaining relations with FII’s, banks and lending institutions Debt and Forex management

The Successful Applicant

- You are a Chartered Accountant with 15 to 20 years of experience and are currently working with a leading manufacturing business with a turnover in excess of 1000Cr. You have strong relationships with various PSU/Private banks and have a track record of success in formulating treasury strategies (Forwards and Options)for the business.

- You would be preferred if you have had exposure to mergers and aquisitions out of India as well.You have a thorough knowledge of accounting and have strong analytical and financial skills. You are articulate, have worked as a business leader interacting with C- level stakeholders and aspire to become a CFO of the company in the next few years.
