Group Head - Taxation - CA - Manufacturing

Currently hiring Head of Taxation for French MNC based in Bangalore.

The role is responsible to deliver a full range of tax services in compliance with laws and regulation, Design and execute Tax Planning Strategy and road map at Group Level, manage transfer pricing and Royalty related compliance, Perform Due diligence during M&A process, etc.,

Candidate who had experience of Building the Tax Function at Group level would be most preferred

Ideal Candidate:

- 15 years of relevant experience, managing Direct & Indirect Taxation of Large Corporations managing multiple Subsidiaries.

- Leading Manufacturing companies, preferably from FMCG, Pharma & Retail (MNC's only) or reputed consulting firms who have managed clients of similar sectors

- Chartered Accountant from a reputed Institute

- Transfer pricing and Royalty related compliances

- Handled Multiple subsidiaries / business units

- Due diligence during M&A process

- Knowledge of building tax at Group Level

Education: CA
