Group Head - Talent Acquisition - Aviation Firm

The Role:

- Our client is a leading name in global aviation industry looking for Group Head - Talent Acquisition Manager based at Mumbai. This role will be reporting to the Group HR Director.

- You will focus on developing innovative approaches to delivering high quality and cost-effective sourcing strategies nationally and be an integral leader in the Acquisition function.

The successful candidate will get the opportunity to work for hands on in the following areas:

- Strategies with senior leaders and key stakeholders to define, design and implement acquisition and workforce planning solutions to drive individual, team and business effectiveness

- Provide strategic direction in the development and implementation of all acquisition and pipeline strategies including candidate experience and innovative employer branding projects

- Advise on best practice hiring methodology, recruitment and search procedures, candidate sourcing and management, selection and screening tools, cultural fit assessments and employee engagement and referral programs

- Design creative social recruitment strategies that elevate the company brand & EVP

- Leverage workforce analytics to support the needs of the company and drive continuous improvement

What will make you successful in the role :

- Previous experience within a similar position leading a team of Specialists of at least 5+ years and a minimum of 10 years of work experience

- Ability to build strong commercial relationships both internally and externally

- Experience recruiting within a complex in-house or agency environment

- An impressive track record of leveraging a variety of sourcing channel strategies to attract diverse talent; online job boards, social networks, and industry associations

- Demonstrable experience in building and driving effective acquisition strategy

- Exposure and understanding of supply chain is preferable

- A tenacious, passionate and can do attitude

- Outstanding leadership qualities

- Superior verbal and written communication skills

Note: Role requires 30% domestic travel.
