We are looking for MBA from premium Business school experience . Tamil speaking is a must.
The position reports directly to CEO.

2 Creating / Implementing / Monitoring robust sales systems, processes and incentive schemes
3 Aggressively converting inventory into revenue and positive cash-flow.
4 On-time collection without compromising the dynamics of customer relationship

1 Responsible for designing and developing robust sales processes, systems and training to build highly motivated and effective sales and CRM teams for each project.
2 Responsible for setting annual / quarterly / monthly sales and collection targets for each project
3 Responsible for setting annual / quarterly / monthly sales and collection targets for each project.
4 Responsible for monitoring and ensuring achievement of sales and collections targets for each project.
5 Responsible for implementing and monitoring incentive schemes for the sales and CRM teams.
6 Create strong channel partnerships to promote sales across India as well as abroad with special focus on the NRI market.
