Job Description :

- Responsible for managing the marketing function across all existing and new businesses

- Responsible for defining, implementing and monitoring the strategic and operational brand and marketing plan

- Developing & executing annual marketing plan in collaboration with all marketing functions in the Group

- Planning and executing new initiatives and strategies for improving the market share, growth and contribution of the Group's brands and products

- Defining the strategy and improving brand building, nurturing, positioning and health

- Generating management action based on market data on competition, lifestyle trends, consumer behavior, market compositions (specific to regions, brands, products)

- Developing and implementing communication strategies (ATL, BTL & TTL)

- SWOT analysis and its effective use/implementation to find out the market competition and challenges.

- Custodian of the new product development process related to the categories

- Management of all vendors and marketing agencies/ parties.

- Developing key account management towards key clients of Group's products across the different verticals
