We have an immediate requirement with one of our client in Bangalore for Group Head Learning & Development.

Educational Qualifications and Experience:

- MBA with overall 18+ years of relevant experience in Learning and Development with at least 8 years experience as head of Learning & Development.

Job Description:

- Designing, developing & sustaining L&D Framework, Policy, Processes & Tools aimed at fostering Organisational & Individual development and growth.

- Ensuring implementation of People Development Initiatives as per the approved L&D framework to foster learning and performance culture

- Driving enterprise-wide training programs, induction, leadership development, talent retention, and performance management.

- Developing strong relationships with Leadership and Business Partners to identify and develop solutions to address unmet/anticipated L&D needs.

- Preparing annual L&D budget & managing fiscal aspects of L&D function including ROI as per the approved budget.

- Planning & developing training infrastructure to support blended learning.

- Conceiving, developing & establishing standardized methods and procedures for delivery, evaluation, measurement and reporting of L&D operations.

- Supporting career & succession planning initiatives through career development programs (both technical & non-technical).

- Ensuring participation and tracking attendance for mandatory training programs, review and develop these programs in coordination with the SME's as per the established standards.

- Evaluating, selecting and managing internal and external trainers and vendors to deliver consistent, cost-effective training programs.

- Reviewing course content & designing for completeness & consistency against learning objectives, and compliance with standards.

- Reviewing key deliverable, periodically and ensuring that they are within organization specified targets. Identify & implement process improvements as required.

- Ensuring periodic and accurate MIS inputs are captured and shared with all the concerned stake holders.

- Coaching & mentoring L&D team on tools, processes and techniques; Ensuring learning & development of the team

- Ensuring retention of performers and managing team attrition within L&D function.
