Group Head - Investor Relations - NBFC

- To attend investor/analyst meetings.

- To address various queries originating out of investor/analyst interactions or otherwise.

- Prepare and maintain the investor/analyst database for further interaction/communication with them.

- Do periodic peer group analysis vis-a-vis with the company.

- Do periodic Industry/SBU analysis in which the company operates in.

- Do ongoing analysis of the impact of coverage reports on the stock of the company by making a comparative analysis of the various coverage reports and the movement of the stock price of the company.

- To prepare periodic report on fund houses before investor meetings with them for the management.

- To coordinate the release of the quarterly results of the company and the earnings conference call or any other related activity if any.
