- Setting up Audit plan, tools, templates & procedures

- Remove obstacles for improved team performance

- Anticipate change and seek better method of accomplishing desired results

- Complete tasks with optimal use of resources

- Diagnose critical skills & capabilities of team members and guide them to produce significant results

- Possess in-depth knowledge of internal / statutory audit

- Build an effective team for smooth operation

- Should be able to handle the pre / post project stage issues
