The position reports to Group MD. The KRAs include:

- Business Excellence: Devise IT strategy aligned with business goals

- IT infrastructure management: Plan & implement IT policies & infrastructure aligned with IT strategy

- Business Process Improvement: Translates the company vision into IT systems and procedures, articulating this critical link to the company stakeholders including the Executive Team, IT staff and employees.

- ERP, CRM and security management: Ensure efficient & effective operations of SAP and ERP

- Plan & implement long & short-term IT budgets

- Ensure data security of group IT asset

- Cost effective procurement plans including AMCs for requisite hardware, software & consumables

- Oversee training of personnel on effective operations of IT infrastructure

- Effectively lead IT teams across the group companies

- Extensive knowledge of S4HANA/ HRMS, CRM implementation & latest digitization tools

- The incumbent needs to be a change-agent having 21st century IT tool-kit with passion for organization transformation thru embracing disruption, practicing agility, employing analytics and facilitating transformed work teams.
