The Assignment(The Role / Job Description): - Will be responsible for managing Labour union, Settlement, Public Relations, Local Matters and Disciplinary matters. - Deal with external stakeholders such as Statutory bodies and local Government authorities. - Responsible for entire compliance at locations. - Must have a strong understanding of plant operations &amp; production norms. - Should Understand the Factory Culture, productivity measurement and Workforce Optimization. - Experience in managing scale, taking Hard Decisions and multi-site experience - Looking after the Contract employees under the Contract Labour Management. Legal compliances with the contractors. - Employee Grievance Handling and employee query resolution - Should come from Manufacturing background - Stable Career and progressive growth.
