- Responsible for formulating strategies
- Develop organizational human resource strategy in compliance with corporate group strategy
- Provides overall leadership and guidance to HR functions by overseeing administration, talent acquisition, training and development, career development and so forth
- Long range strategic planning in order to anticipate the innovation of change initiatives that promote people productivity, organizational efficiency and cost effectiveness
- Work with Firm's executive management to establish a sound plan of management succession that corresponds to the strategy and objectives of the firm
