Group HR Head Our client is a very large conglomerate in the Solar &amp; manufacturing sector looking for Group HR Head in Pune. - Required a highly competent and very senior Hr professional with exposure to modern Hr strategies and practices. - He will be driving Strategic HR, Change Management, Leadership, Organizational Transformation, Talent Management, Coaching, Training for the group. The Role : - Managing whole gamut of HR entire Group involved in India and abroad. - Shouldering the responsibility of strategic planning &amp; executing Man-power planning for ambitious growth plan of the Group having manufacturing facilities - Strategic planning &amp; executing Man-power planning for ambitious growth plan of the Group having manufacturing facilities in Bhuj, Surat, Dahej, Goa and other parts of the Country and in process to acquire more as the Group is on the speedy growth mode. - Man-power rationalization, Restructuring and Downsizing of Organisation. Key Must Haves : - Manpower planning, timely recruitment and budgeting - Formulation of HR strategy for business goals. - Prepared and implemented HR policies like recruitment, leave policy, employee code of conduct etc. - PMS - KRA settings Performance Appraisal / Performance Management - Training and Development - Employee Engagement - Employee Discipline and Grievance handling - Leave &amp; Attendance - Personnel Records &amp; Audit - Exit Formalities - Experience 25 years. Age Below 50 years only. MBA with Premier institute is must.
