Talent Management and Acquisition :
1. Coordinate and discuss with various departments to understand specific manpower requirement
2. Oversee and monitor all recruitment activities to meet all the hiring needs of the organization within the wireframe and as per guideline
3. Conduct interviews and salary negotiations for identified critical senior level positions
4. Discuss with Senior management for salary related approvals that may arise
5. Monitor and specify changes (if any) on the contracts templates as per requirements for new joinee
6. Conduct exit interviews for critical and senior management positions
7. Formulate focused HR schemes as per Business requirement and monitor their implementation and HR operations across the organization
Union Management :
1. Negotiate with union for settlement
2. Coordinate and discuss with labor unions, legal department and external lawyers to resolve critical union/ staff related cases
3. Discuss and resolve people related grievances across the organization
4. Meet statutory compliances pertaining to labor laws through on time submission of statutory requirements
Stakeholder Management :
1. Develop and maintain effective working relationship with critical workforce segments through timely resolution of their issues
Team Management :
2. Monitor maintenance of payroll data and reports on a regular basis as per expectations
3. Provide guidance to the HR team to provide smooth and timely HR services
