Within the overall "Media Sales" environs, Digital Sales is one the fastest growing category. Increasing customer spends and challenging projects to work on it is an exciting and aspirational space to be in.

The Digital arm is a fast growing yet quality player in the space. The digital arm has quite a few firsts as stand out achievements in its category.

The Digital Portfolio includes web, mobile and mobile apps besides custom content integration and solutions

With a view to grow the business and get a better monetization of its traffic the brand is proposing to hire a Group Head - Digital for West India lead the Sales effort in West Zone markets.

Group Head - Digital (West)

ROLE definition :

As a regional role, the Group Head - Digital is expected to function as a unit head independently managing the sales function of the region. He/she will have a team of 3 reporting to her/him. The role includes

- Sales responsibility of the region

- Exceeding revenue targets and putting the region on a growth trajectory

- Day to day management of the sales team, managing and monitoring call ratios, sales output, collection and business development

- Mentoring and guiding the sales executive for Optimum and result oriented goals.

- Scoping the market for new revenue ideas

- Close co-ordination with the National head exchanging ideas, leads etc with a view to get the most from the market place.

- Enhance the value and goodwill of the brand in the market.

- Managing key customer relationships - both on advertising agencies and direct customers

Key attributes which will be considered in the selection process :

- Minimum of 4 - 6 years of relevant sales experience with the last 2 years being in the core digital sales field.

- Must have managed atleast 1 person in the last one year.

- Must have strong existing relationships in the market -both with Direct Customers and with Digital Agencies.

- MBA from an institute of repute

- Good communication and interpersonal skills
