DATA ANALYTICS - GROUP HEAD
Product Development
- Understand client needs to develop products that can be taken to market
- Test new product ideas with clients (on a sample basis)
- Continuously tweak and enhance existing product offerings to endure client requirements are being met
Business Development
- Liaise closely on a daily basis with the sales organization in the US , UK and Switzerland , working together to initiate as well as close new work
- Participate in sales calls/conferences to showcase TSC expertise
- Identify potential areas of developing business – digital, social media, consumer insights, etc
- Attend conferences in the US, Europe and India (where The Smart Cube is participating)
- Support BD team with
- Pitch proposals
- New ideas
- Calls with potential clients
Technical skills
- In-depth experience of one or more statistical tools such as SPSS or SAS
- Working knowledge of statistical techniques
- Working knowledge or experience in using MS Access/ SQL Server; VBA programming skills would be an added advantage
- Experience in market research (qualitative and quantitative) to identify consumer insights
- Good understanding of the latest digital and social media trends, and applying those for business development and new products
Other Skills
- Strong domain knowledge of Marketing
