- Establishing a Business Associate cell to manage more than 12000 BA employees - Coordination with various Business Heads, Vendors, Unions, Statutory authorities and ensuring conducive industrial relation - To take care of Statutory Compliances as applicable under different Labour Laws and voluntary commitments of the company for more than 50 vendors (12000 BA employees) - To ensure through Business Associate the Obligations of Minimum Wages, ESI, PF, BOCW etc. as applicable by Law - Implement and Operationalizing online compliance monitoring system - To prepare monthly MIS / Reports of Compliance/ Non- Compliance & its submission to the Management and promote awareness among BA Employees on amendments in different laws, as applicable. - To handle industrial disputes at the appropriate forum and attend conciliation
