Job Designation: Head of Compensation & Benefits (Group Level)-
Reporting : Chief Human Resource Officer
Key Responsibilities:
Compensation and Benefits:
- Develop and suggest total remuneration structure, make salary fitments as per grade structure.
- Devise & implement Compensation and Benefits framework for the entire Group- Prepare and propose compensation budget.
- Conduct and analyze the current compensation trends and benchmarks with other industries to determine the right pay for jobs using right peer group samples for different job families/levels.
- Liaise with external consultants and professionals to establish new competitive benchmarks for the organization- Participate in industry benchmark surveys for C&B review
- Designing & rollouts of incentive plans based on the business requirements.
- Designing and implemented fixed & variable compensation plans, retention bonus, and benefit policies.- Organisation Effectiveness
- Review and analyses Organization Structure Design, Role Design, Role Clarification,
- Identification Work System and Job needs for Critical Position & Role Clarification exercise
- Conduct Job Evaluation, Work Level Design survey Defining Job Descriptions, Competencies, Key Result Areas To develop and implement the Organization Structure Design in line with business requirement. - HR Analytics and Process Automation
- Involved in planning, designing and setting up HRIS system.
- Be part of the Project team for design & rollout of module across divisions
Candidate Requirement: MBA-HR (Full Time) with 8-18 years of experience any large Corporate experience into Compensation & Benefits is preferred. Experience in working for C&B Consulting firms will be preferred.
