- Plan the business team structure and set targets for each Business Development (BD) person, analyzing strategies to achieve goals.

- Evaluate financial statements and audit summaries to oversee financial activities and recommend improvements.

- Identify opportunities to cut costs and enhance financial performance.

- Negotiate with suppliers and clients to secure advantageous deals.

- Foster and nurture relationships with existing and potential clients to facilitate future business opportunities.
