Group Head - Audit & Compliance - CA - Manufacturing

Currently hiring Group Head - Audit and compliance for French MNC based in Bangalore.

The key objective of this role is to plan and execute value added audit work, anticipating key risks and contribute to reduce risk of fraud or major surprise happening in his/ her scope of responsibility.

Internal audits include operational, financial, compliance reviews, Detailed Balance Sheet review and periodic checks, as well as financial due diligences, IT mandates, fraud investigations, risk assessments as well manage overall treasury mgmt.

Ideally, this would suit someone who has good experience in Internal and an external audit for large MNC's and experience of Implementing SOX (mandatory).

Ideal Candidate:

- 15 years of Post qualification experience

- Leading Manufacturing companies, preferably from FMCG, Pharma & Retail (MNC's only) or reputed consulting firms who have managed clients of similar sectors

- Chartered Accountant from a reputed Institute and Internal Audit Certification is mandatory

- SOX implementation

- Managing Audit committees

- Handled Multiple subsidiaries / business units /

- Audit projects (India & Global)
