Position: Sr.Executive/Account Manager Sales/Group Head - Activations and NTR
Industry: Media / Entertainment

Key Attributes:

- Should possess good interpersonal skills
Primary responsibility: Ensure Assigned Target achievement by selling Activations and NTR (in-house IPs such as Concerts, College Activation properties)and do timely collections
Related responsibilities:
- Generate revenue by selling Radio led Activations and NTR's from the assigned set of Clients
- Meet agency (Planners, Buyers, Activation division) and Clients (Marketing and BTL teams), understand Client requirements and accordingly pitch NTRs, need specific activations wrt RWA/Mall/School contact programs, Store led
- Brainstorm with Creative Solution team to develop customized ideas based on Clients needs
- Ensure good profit margins
- Monitor competition (Radio as well as other mediums) and help develop strategies to maximize market share
- Key Skills: BTL activations, Corporate sales, Concept Selling
