Ideal Candidates for this role : - Over all experience of 12 years plus - Ensure closure of books for IN and US GAAP. - Should have experience of setting up process control, policies and guidelines. - Quarterly and yearly accounts closure. - Large exposure in Compliance. - Board interaction and Board reports. - Framing accounting policies, risk assessment,Tax planning. - Audit - Cash Flow Management and Predictions. - Manage indirect taxation CA with 12+ years experience Preferably a lateral movement from a large MNC - FMCG/eCommerce/FMCD Large Team handling experience
