Diversified Group with multiple group companies Key Responsibilities (Not limited to) - Provide advice and guidance to the executive management on all aspects of strategy, operations and investments that have financial implications for the Group - Streamline financial policies including risk management measures, processes & procedures of the group companies and newly acquired/set-up entities - Coordinate internal, statutory and tax audits; evaluate internal control systems to highlight the shortcomings and implementing necessary recommendations. - Ensure the set finance framework and internal controls mechanisms are followed by the group companies. Proactively review & manage deviations advise on course correction from time to time - Lead the financial reporting exercise of the Group. Oversee preparation of statutory books of accounts and accurate financial reporting from the group companies - Develop KPIs' to manage the financial performance of the Group companies - Oversee and ensure full compliances to all Indian laws and accounting standards and international and country specific laws of countries where the group does business - Manage Board matters including corporate governance, legal compliance of the group Required Qualification & Experience - Qualified Chartered Accountant. with at least 18+ years of post qualification experience - Strong stakeholder management & demonstrated track record of superior financial decision support - Demonstrated track record of managing fiscal health of multiple entities - Experience in M&A and disinvestments
