Group Finance Controller - CA

Job Description:

- Candidate will be required to create and review monthly P/L of all companies.

- Creation of Capex Budgets and business forecasts

- Oversee all commercial activities, business process, imports, and port clearances

- Plan for resource and fund Raising & mobilization, term loans and working capital management

- Implement and monitor management systems, SOP's, and effective financial controls

- Dealing with internal/statutory auditors and manage all issues in audit process.

- Perform analysis of market growth opportunities and business results

- Implement and track KPI's and business metrics

- Collaborate in identifying and implementing business strategy

Candidate should have the following skills and experience:

- Chartered Accountant or other relevant financial degree

- Business and Cost accounting

- International Exposure

- Manufacturing Experience

- Edible oil or Commodity experience
