Looking for a specialist TA leader, reporting to the CHRO. POSITION DESCRIPTION: - Managing overall talent acquisition process, with a team of 20 plus, partnering with HRBPs, hiring managers, (usually senior business heads) to develop recruiting strategies for long/short term hiring goals across multiple locations and the various lines of business. - Will be responsible for Strategic Talent Acquisition, budgeting, hiring at all levels from entry level to leadership, employer branding, campus recruitment, social media recruitment, Applicant Tracking System, RPO deployment, vendor management & statutory compliance. - Effective design and implementation of sourcing strategies at group level and standardising wherever possible. - Build a data-driven Talent Acquisition approach, including analytics that provide insight and decision support; and define, develop and implement key recruitment metrics that help drive business results. Use an entrepreneurial and collaborative approach to build and execute on current talent acquisition initiatives while effectively using creativity and resourcefulness to develop new approaches with emphasis on automating capabilities. - Set up and improvise systems and processes that will help manage candidates seamlessly through the interview process. Manage hiring MIS. Position the TA and HR function as a credible, value adding and a capable business partner. Represent company brand/s positively to all prospective candidates at relevant touch points and forums. Create and meet metrics of hiring performance e.g. quality of hire. HIRING PROFILE: A full time post graduate in HR with PQE of 18-20 years, of which at least 12 in talent acquisition in top tier corporates. Must have significant experience in industries driven by intellect such as consulting, tech, data, analytics, media, ecommerce and internet. Sound understanding of business imperatives to be able to partner senior management, including the CEO. Should have led a team of atleast 15. - May have only corporate side experience or premier executive search firm experience or a combination of both. An ability to attract, impact, evaluate and on-board candidates with consistency. - High on energy, innovation, maturity and tenacity. A strong bias for action. Outstanding interpersonal, verbal, written communication and presentation skills. Excellent time management / project management skills. - Ability to establish quality relationships, a strong communication link and credibility with the business through the highest levels of professionalism, ethics and mutual respect. Must have a demonstrated track record of building functional credibility with business teams. Ability to switch between execution and strategy mode most effortlessly. Possess a high concern for standards. Comfort in matrixed and fast paced environments.
