Group Customer Marketing (Only Female candidates)
Objectives :
Customer and Shopper Marketing for leading FMCG Category
General Responsibilities :
Understand category, shopper, customer and combine that with understanding of brand plans to deliver in-market-excellence programs across channels
Drive business through effective and efficient trade spends within trade and shopper marketing budget
Drive distribution of key products
Impactful new product launches
Work with AP regional counter parts to develop in-store tool kits and work with local stakeholders to activate them in the local market
Drive customer development team capability on In-store Excellence
Forecast and deliver business for the franchise
Coach and develop team member(s)
Qualification :
- Technical Qualification
- Post Graduate studies in Business Management from Tier 1 Business School
- Computer Science and Engineering background will be a plus
Experience :
- 8 - 10 years of Sales experience in FMCG Industry (mix of front line sales + marketing/ shopper marketing preferred)
- 2 years in marketing/ shopper marketing
General Attributes : Strong Customer Relationship Management, Networking and ability to work with diverse teams
