Description :

The role of a Group Country HR Generalist is to supprot CHRD to operate effectively in a specific country by providing expertise in all aspects related to the Group's HR policies, tools and its customization in line with Country goals and needs, giving adequate support to CHRD on Human Resources issues and guaranteing full respect of local regulations.

Main Missions:

- Guarantee full respect and compliance of HR Group Policies and local rules/regulations.

- Guarantee country information on C&B, Immigration, Compliances and payroll matters.

- Management Development: Take charge as Country MD, leading all the actions for supporting sites on people and organization development, being in charge of Country People Review and supporting BG’s when needed. Animates the Country Career Committees facilitating the mobility cross BG’s in discussion with CHRD. Supervise the talent sourcing activities in order to improve recruitment efficiency. Support M&P’s performance through monitoring of the APDR/OAR Procesess.

- Compensation & Benefits: Monitors the C&B Plan for the Country, Company Variable Compensation, Salary Review for M&P’s, Mid Term Incentives, participation in local C&B surveys and analysis of results, etc. Manages International Mobility and company car policies.

- Employee Empowerment: Ensure the HR Managers are actively supporting the implementation of EE in their Plants (linked to the EE Basics). Together with the Plants, review the HR EE KPI’s semesterly, and make sure they are reacted to in the perimeter. Supervise that the appropriate EE workshops are performed in the plants by HR or FES network to support the plant priorities.

- HR Information Systems: Supprots for the accuracy and appropiate use of HR Databases and IT tools (Magnitude/Metis, PIMS, FVC,Taleo and Job Grading). Is in charge of Global Payroll centralization deployment and supports Shared Services implementation at Country level.

- HR Controlling & Administrative Processes: Takes part and supervises the Reporting, Budget and PMT Processes. Revises and approves organizational changes and HR KPI’s.

- Liase with Site HR Managers to ensure their compliance with the Group’s HR policies and tools.

- Focus group meetings with Site HR operations teams.

Qualifications :

The ideal candidate will have/be:

- Master's degree with a specialisation in HR Management

- Minimum 5-6 years experience in a HR function within a industrial environment. Experience in Automotive sector is a plus.

- Good knowledge of Country Labour Law.

- Familiarity with HR information and payroll systems

- International mind set

- Results orientation

- Strong written and oral communications skills

- High negotiation capabilities

- Minimum bi-lingual (English required)
