A Large Diversified Business Group is looking out for a Group Corporate HR Manager who has worked in a similar capacity preferably in group in Manufacturing business.
The ideal candidate needs to be a MBA - HR from a reputed institute with at least 8-10 yrs work experience in organizational learning and development .
- Responsibility to execute and organize corporate learning and organization development initiatives such as Udaan, HRM conference, customized MDPs, Top Management conference, Group Level Induction programs, Chairman's People Management Award etc
- To plan calendar of monthly corporate HR council meetings, prepare agenda and minutes. Coordination for Biannual CHRDC.
- To collect & collate information on important HR metrics from businesses on monthly basis, analysis of trends.
- Calculation of business wise total expenses of various corporate initiatives, coordination with accounts team of various businesses, arranging payments to vendors
- Automation of various HR initiative
- Designing & cascading Policies & processes
