Group Chief Financial Officer - Retail

- A qualified CMA (Cost & Management Accountant)/ Chartered accountant / MBA or equivalent with 8-10 years of experience in an Organized Retail organization of repute in a Senior Managerial position. Experience in other diversified businesses will be an added advantage.

- Strong understanding of Inventory Control, Accounts Receivable & Payables, Commercial, Production Planning, Costing, Management Accounting, Warehousing and Logistics. 

- Experience in dealing with Internal Auditors, External Auditors, Lawyers, Banks, Insurance Companies and other external agencies. Dealing with Government Tax Authorities.

- Strong Team Management skills required.

- Knowledge of IAS & IFRS required.

- Good communication and presentation skills.

- PC skills (Excel/PowerPoint/Word). Experience in working in ERP is a must.

- African Experience would be considered.
