Position is that of Group CFO reporting to CEO  1. Lead the annual budgeting process and ownership of managerial financial information.  2. Manage working capital (bank guarantees, long term supplier capital, etc.), build applications to lenders based on prudent borrowing norms, negotiate terms and drive due diligence with lenders  3. Assist the management in preparing and managing operating and capital budgets and maintain the financial health dashboard  4. Liaison with external institutions including Government, Banks, Tax departments, Chartered Accountants and others on financial and legal matters and other statutory and non-statutory compliances  5. Lead fund-raising efforts; bring deal flow into the company supported by necessary back end support and documentation. Should have a track record of originating and closing equity deals, and should have a long list of potential financing sources that are willing to take their call. Exposure in IPO will be an added advantage.  6. Support global expansion and new market roll-out. Should be conversant with International accounting standards & compliance norms, hedging of currency and import/export documentation.  7. Assist the management in preparing and managing operating and capital budgets and maintain the financial health dashboard  8. Provide leadership and actively partner with the business teams across Group Companies in driving business performance while managing business risks  9. Develop best practice financial accounting and control procedures and continually review the processes and procedures to maximize impact and efficiency  10. Ensure revenue, margin, inventory, receivables, payables and opex forecast predictability is within agreed targets
